Sagaciasoft AI Chatbots · Earlier offering

Useful answers.
A harder business lesson.

Product setup, AI integration, and bringing an offering to market

Sagaciasoft is active. This is the story of its earlier AI Chatbots offering. Custom AI setups are still available by working directly with me.

What clicked

A business website already holds information people need to understand a product. I saw how a relatively simple AI assistant, grounded in scraped website content, could turn that information into useful answers quickly and inexpensively.

That was an early practical realization for me: a small amount of relevant context could make an AI interaction immediately useful to a customer trying to understand an offering.

What I put together

I worked with multiple AI backends, explored chat and voice experiences, built the website, and configured a Stripe product and checkout. The offer was custom AI assistance around a business's own information and workflows.

The technical pieces were accessible enough to assemble into something people could try. The work also exposed the decisions around them: which backend suited the interaction, what information the assistant had, and how a business would put it to use.

What the market told me

The reactions were enthusiastic. I did not turn that interest into paying clients for this chatbot offering. I had a working demonstration and a way to take payment, but I had not established a reliable way to reach buyers and earn the purchase.

That was my first clear encounter with the distribution problem. As AI-assisted development made building faster, choosing an audience, reaching people, and understanding what they would pay for became an even larger part of the job.

What I carry forward

A useful demonstration is one piece of evidence. Customer access, willingness to pay, and the work of supporting a real use case need evidence too. I now bring those questions into the product conversation earlier.

That experience sits alongside the engineering in Pet Protagonists and Varimuse: hands-on work with AI, interfaces, orchestration, payments, and the decisions around a complete product.

Where it stands today

Sagaciasoft remains my active software business. The old chatbot page is labeled as an earlier offering, and the existing checkout remains available for arrangements made directly with me. New work starts with a conversation about scope and setup.
